The City of London held a Pre-Construction Webinar on Thursday April 23 to present information on the upcoming Dundas Construction Phase 1. This meeting would have typically been in person featuring guest speaks, presentations, and the distribution of informational materials. Of course, the restrictions in place due to COVID-19 forced the meeting to take place online. However, that didn’t stop several guest speakers and panellists, along with 50 businesses, property owners, and community members from attending.
Speakers during the Pre-Construction Webinar included:
Ed Holder - Mayor, City of London
Jesse Helmer - Deputy Mayor and Ward 4 Councillor, City of London
Jim Yanchula - Downtown Projects and Business Relations Manager, City of London

Stephen Miller - Municipal Law Enforcement, Parking Services Manager, City of London
Megan Fontaine - Public Engagement Manager, Transportation and Construction, City of London
Mitch Taylor - Founder, Claim Your Leisure Media Inc.
Jen Pastorius - Manager, Old East Village BIA
As the list of speakers indicates, there was a wide variety of subjects covered. Some of the key topics included:
